Keynote Speaker: Lydia Bennett, CCIM, CPM
In this presentation, Lydia Bennett, CCIM, CPM, a top commercial real estate professional in Washington State and a national instructor for the CCIM Institute, will share her insights on the five common-sense practices that all the best CRE professionals share. Ms. Bennett, who has been a broker for over 25 years, has worked for developers, for the government, as a consultant, and in a full service commercial real estate management/brokerage firm, and has witnessed the range of good and not-so-good brokerage and other commercial real estate practices. This four day course is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of financial analysis tools, concepts and calculations for Commercial Investment Real Estate. It will also provide you with the foundation you will need to take subsequent CCIM courses to achieve the CCIM designation, if you so choose. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. It is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice.
This course will also introduce you to two other important tools—the CCIM Strategic Analysis Model, the fundamentals behind the numbers, and the CCIM Decision-Making Model, a process for analyzing and making real estate decisions.
