The SouthEast TN CCIM chapter would like to invite it's chapter members and members of the Chattanooga Area commercial real estate practice, to our 2nd quarter meeting on April 29th. The meeting will be held at the Development Resource Center, which is located at 1250 Market Street from 2:00 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.  Sitting will be limited so you MUST REGISTER to have a seat. The meeting is free to all 2009 members, for any non-members or inactive member the cost will be $10, which must be paid online to reserve a spot.

We are going to have three QUALITY speakers for our event.

1) Steve Hiatt - Chamber of Commerce- Steve will be discussing innovative ways to service prospects, by offering options to include tax incentives and financing options. He will also be discussing PILOTs eligible programs.

2) Steve Leach, Administrator of Public Works - Steve in heading up the entire project of site preparation, utility coordination and is the direct contact with VW. He will give an overview of the project and possibly know the vendors selected to be in the park by VW.

3) Paul Parker, Real Property Manager for Hamilton County - Paul controls the remaining available land at Enterprise South Industrial Park (ESIP). Paul worked with Steve Leach on ESIP and the conveyance of land to the Industrial Development Board (IDB) which created the tax exemption for VW.
