Jay Lucas CCIM, past president of the CCIM Institute, one of the CCIM Site to do Business founders, will present an overview of the NEW Site Analysis 3.0 of STDBonline.com
William C. Witting, CCIM will also discus distressed commercial/investment real estate properties and the opportunities available to owners who are suffering distress. He will cover practical approaches to identifying and implementing solutions that can relieve the owners’ distress. The presentation will include coverage of the inputs and process relating to the owners’ decision-making regarding distressed real estate assets in an uncertain climate. Application of “REALITY CHECK” to the resolution of distressed real estate problems will be addressed. This includes application of CCIM core concepts and includes comprehensive pre-emptive due-diligence investigation, the utilization of Site To Do Business (STDB) outputs and, finally, risk management tools.
Witting has resolved the successful disposition of hundreds of millions of foreclosed commercial/investment real estate for a variety of owners and regulatory agencies. His observations and insights arise from “hands-on” experience. The distressed properties presentation is likely to include one or more useful “take-aways” for every attendee… whether a CCIM, commercial/investment lender or the manager of a portfolio of foreclosed commercial/investment assets. If your business activities involve distressed commercial/investment real estate, there will be something in this course for you.
