The Oklahoma REALTORS Commercial Alliance (RCA) have engaged an excellent
National speaker Mark Dotzour, Chief Economist of the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University. He will discuss how current conditions in the national and regional economy will impact commercial real estate in the entire state of Oklahoma. Dotzour will address the outlook for job growth, interest rates and inflation. He will also talk about the outlook for absorption of commercial real estate, trends in commercial real estate values and transaction volume.
