This is an exciting Have's and Want's in which AMH Properties will "reopen Pharrohs Tomb" (aka the Old Woolworth building)! This building has sat vacant for almost 30 years and now AMH is bringing it back to life with a complete renovation. The building features great views from the 3rd floor which is where we'll hold our meeting. Be sure to bring along any properties and/or services you'd like to present to fellow CCIM members during this meeting as well as your appetite - lunch is provided by AMH Properties.
