NORTHERN NEVADA CCIM CHAPTER RECOGNIZES NEW DESIGNEES

CCIM Designation Signifies Expertise in Commercial Real Estate

(RENO, NV) Nov 5, 2012 – The Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter has recognized three chapter members who recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.
 

Awarded the designation at the Institute’s business meetings in Las Vegas, Nevada, were Gigi Hay Chisel, Lewis Operating Corporation, Matthew Alan Grimes, Coldwell Banker Commercial Clay & Associates and Mary Irene Self, Wells Fargo Wealth Management. They were among 215 commercial real estate professionals who passed the CCIM Comprehensive Examination, the final component in the designation process. The CCIM designation is awarded upon successful completion of an intensive analytical curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience demonstrating concept mastery through real-world success. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
The Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter is one of 56 local chapters of the CCIM Institute. The mission of the chapter is to provide quality education programs, networking opportunities, and technology products to its 67 members, as well as to promote the merits of the CCIM designation to prospective members and the business community at large.
