NCalCCIM Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award
This annual award is designed to promote the benefits of networking within NCalCCIM, to recognize and reward the member(s) for working transactions together and to document transactions of the chapter.
Here is how it works:
Every transaction completed with a paid NCalCCIM chapter member is worth 4 points. 2 points per side of transaction.
Example Transaction: If member A represents a listing and member B client’s purchases the listing, each member receives 2 points. However, if the lender is a member that is an additional point with the buyer’s agent (or referring member) receiving an additional 2 points and the member lender receiving 2 points. If the title and escrow company is an member that is worth an additional 2 points for the buyer’s agent (or referring member) and 2 points for the member title company.
