The Lost Art of Client Counseling
Decision Making, Risk and Opportunity… Whether we’re property owners/managers negotiating with a prospective tenant, or brokers trying to close a transaction, we can all improve our effectiveness by working with insight.
Insight is gained by clarifying our own objectives, determining those of the other party, and crafting a sales process that benefits all parties. This will be a hands-on class. Bill Mohr will provide methods that will help you build satisfying long term relationships.
Bill’s seminar will set the stage for networking during lunch in which students with similar interests will be matched to maximize the experience.

The Sky is the Limit, or The Sky is Falling
Bill Witting has created a process he has cleverly named" REALITY CHECK" to aid decision makers and brokers in the disposition and acquisition of distressed properties. Applying CCIM core concepts, comprehensive due diligence, risk management analysis and Site To Do Business outputs Bill will provide students a comprehensive method of capitalizing on distressed properties while minimizing the negative impact to the seller and creating opportunities for brokers.
Students need a working knowledge of the Site To Do Business website. Those not familiar with the site are encouraged to attend several of the free STDB webinars previous to this presentation.
