This course is designed to introduce the financial analysis tools, concepts, and calculations related to commercial real estate. Gain insight into the calculations used in the CCIM Intro course, as well as tools and process invaluable to every commercial agent.
Students must bring thier own laptop with Microsoft Office Excel program pre-installed. Ipads will not work. Newer Macbook with Excel will work fine. MS Office for Macs 2008 does not support macro-enabled Excel spreadsheets. If you are running this version of Office on your Mac, you will not be able to use the financial tools used in this course. The spreadsheets will operate on Macs running MS Office for Mac 2004. It has also been reported that the spreadsheets will operate on the 2011 version. We recommend that you test this version prior to using it on the final exam.
