Created and governed by commercial brokers and related industry professionals, with more than 21,100 available properties, over 2,400 registered users, and more than 500 companies, CPIX has become the most highly used commercial real estate resource in Michigan for site selection by brokerages, city and county government and the MEDC (Michigan Economic Development Corporation).
Commercial Alliance of Realtors - West Michigan
CAR is a membership organization dedicated to providing benefits and services to commercial REALTORS® and other real estate professionals. CAR provides its members with a sophisticated, multiple-listing service (MLS) of over 5,000 available listings including commercial, industrial, office, retail, vacant land, investment real estate, build-to-suit and business opportunities. CAR membership currently covers an eight-county region in West Michigan (Calhoun, Ingham, Ionia, Kalamazoo, Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, and VanBuren) and continues to expand.
The Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® (CAR) -- is a recognized Commercial Overlay Board of the National Association of REALTORS® dedicated to providing services and benefits to commercial real estate practitioners in the state of Michigan.
CAR offers its members a highly sophisticated computer data system (CIRRIX), customized commercial forms, educational and networking events, leadership opportunities, professional meeting facilities, and an experienced staff committed to commercial issues.
CAR exists to maintain and enforce the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, to provide its members with state-of-the-art programs, products and services that are more affordable and accessible collectively than individually, to advocate a high standard of education and professionalism, to influence public policy and political affairs which promote and protect private property rights, to enhance the public image of the REALTOR® member, and to act as a contributing member of the National and State Associations of REALTORS®.
