THE VOICE OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE WELCOMES YOU TO THE WICHITA AREA LEASING MALL. On Wed Feb 17th, 2010 the Kansas CCIM Chapter in conjunction with WSU Center for Real Estate is conducting the WICHITA AREA LEASING MALL at the Wichita Area Association of Realtors. This half-day program will be devoted to leasing commercial real estate in the Wichita area, and we hope you will participate. What client wouldn’t be excited that you presented their property to dozens of commercial experts in Wichita?
Brokers, landlords or commercial property managers in the Wichita area, you now have the opportunity to place your property and available inventory in front of the entire commercial real estate community of our area. This LEASING MALL is devoted entirely to commercial real estate that is for rent or lease.
Each presentation will be five minutes in length and you may focus on one or more opportunities. You may sign up for more than one presentation but not concurrently. Everyone present will have this time allotment at the microphone.  A Book of available properties will be produced and available to every attendee. Country store tables will be available for your brochures, fliers and other handouts.
The meeting will be conducted by the members of the Kansas CCIM Chapter and the presentations of the individual participants will not be moderated or interrupted. You decide what to offer, what to say and what information to provide. You may or may not accept questions; break out areas will be available for you to meet with interested parties.
