To all West Coast Florida CCIM Members-

We are more than halfway through 2010 and I have thoroughly enjoyed serving as your District President for 2010. While the year is not yet over, it is a good time to look forward to next year. We have put on many programs, core CCIM classes, and provided other benefits to our members to help them network and stay informed on topics that affect our local commercial real estate market.

The best way you can get involved is by being a part of the District Leadership Team each and every year. Do you have ideas for topics or events that would benefit our membership? What better way to make your ideas known than to be a part of our program and event committee. Do you have ideas to improve member benefits or network with other local organizations? Then perhaps the Membership/Designation Promotion committee would benefit from your time and ideas.

Below are listed the officers and directors that have been nominated by our Board of Directors to serve for 2011. Please reply to this email with your approval of our nominations no later than Monday August 9, 2010. Please contact me via email if you have any desire to serve on one of the below committees. Those who have served on a committee for at least one year are eligible to be a committee chair the following year, and then a district officer.

West Coast Annual Golf Tournament  - Heritage Harbor Golf & Country Club

We received many requests and feedback from you that the date and the location of this years CCIM Golf Tournament was not making it easy for you to attend. We are happy to say that we heard your requests and we've taken action for you. We have now moved our tournament to a local Tampa venue and a fall date so you have much time to plan your foursomes. All the information you will need is below and we're happy to say that we already have golfers signed up for our new date, so don't wait!
