•       Introduction to the T bar.
•       Solve for loan payments.
•       Solve for balance of loans using FV method.
•       Create amortization schedules.

2.  Time Value of money - concepts and financial calculations:

• Compounding
• Discounting
• Present value calculations
• Internal rate of return

Participants need to bring their own computer with Microsoft Excel.
