Welcome to the Chattanooga Tennessee Chapter
The Chattanooga district of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter is committed to serving the local commercial real estate community by providing quality education and networking opportunities and promoting professionalism and collaboration among area practitioners.
The Chattanooga district presents programs throughout the year that are of interest to the business community in general and commercial real estate professionals in particular. The local chapter serves as a meeting point where members can benefit from continuing education programs, network with top local players, exchange market information, help each other solve real estate problems, share property needs and investment wants, and contribute to the local discussion of matters concerning the commercial real estate market.
